I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was amazing with a big comfortable bed, quality products, and a charming little balcony on the upper floors. The location in the vibrant Old Quarter of Hanoi was unbeatable with everything within easy reach. The service was exceptional, offering a range of convenient amenities. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with limited options. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent value for money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated, had a big bed, and came equipped with lovely products. However, the price was a bit steep. The service was exceptional, offering dry cleaning and tours assistance. The location was perfect, situated in the lively old quarter of Hanoi. The dining experience was delightful with original dishes available. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all my needs during the stay.
